Zach is an inspirational C-level leader turned entrepreneur known for providing provocative business insights, re-evaluating current practices, stopping ineffective practices, and building motivated cultures that fuel growth. Over his career, Zach has led multiple restructuring initiatives. Most recently, a restructuring providing extended team solutions, delivering over $40m EV at sale. Prior to becoming CEO of BraveUS, Zach worked for Ceres Terminals (acquired by SSA Marine) for 16 years, 8 years as part of the senior executive leadership team. Prior to joining Ceres, Zach served multiple large market cap clients on several transformation initiatives while working for KPMG and Crowe. Zach is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Internal Auditor, and holds a BBA from Cumberland University with an emphasis in finance and accounting. Zach and his wife love golf, tennis, and their two goldendoodles.
